Leader Health is an international knowledge delivery and consulting company working to enhance the healthcare delivery.

 

As CEO of Leader Health, Pascal is responsible for leading the company, and for sales and marketing. Pascal has started Leader Health in October 2005, with over 20 years experience in IT & Communication Industry, including 10 years in Healthcare. Pascal has a proven track record in Marketing, Sales and Engineering. His experience has demonstrated an ability to perform in complex and highly competitive environments.

 

Previously, Pascal was Vice-President at HP Europe Middle East and Africa, leading the Healthcare Business unit for over 2 years. He joined HP from Cisco Systems. During his nine years there, his responsibilities grew from Sales Director in Switzerland, to Senior Sales and Marketing positions for Cisco EMEA Public Sector.

 

From 1989-1995, Pascal worked for Telecom Systems in Switzerland , and Cross Comm Corporation, as sales executive, and European Regional manager.

 

Pascal’s career began at the European Center for Nuclear Research in Geneva, where he occupied various IT management positions.

 

Pascal is bi-lingual in French and English. He was educated in Computer Science and holds an executive MBA in Marketing. He now lives in Geneva with his family.
