1990-2003 :
Project Manager then General Manager of the HEGP (Hôpital
Européen Georges Pompidou in Paris). This completely new
built hospital (1995-2000) was the result of the fusion of
three old ones (Laennec, Boucicaut and Broussais),
concentrating their activities into a « high tech »
hospital, with a leading and strong global approach of the
patient, in all dimensions, including organizations and
management processes.

1981–1990 :
General Manager of the General Hospital of Lorient
(Brittany), and General Secretary of the Multi-hospital
association of that healthcare region.

1979-1981 :
General Manager of the Specialized Hospital of Quimper
(Brittany), which is a Psychiatry regional hospital (1,200
beds)

General Manager of the Hôtel-Dieu hospital and of the dental
care center, within the University Regional Hospital of
